When the package arrived, the wall adapter was immediately tested. It sparked and died magnificently after about five seconds of functioning. However, after contacting the seller, I was quickly supplied with a new one that worked perfectly. So with one that failed and one that worked perfectly, I'm averaging the 1 and the 5 to make a 3.

I ordered this product simply for the wall charger. I have been charging my Ipod using my computer, but that has been such a pain especially when I'm out of juice and not near my computer. I purchased a Belkin charger, but took it back because it cost a lot. These chargers look and feel cheap, but THEY WORK! Hope they continue to do so.
