I bought this to replace my old USB charger which is not compatible with my new iPod touch 3G. It works great. I also use it to charge my Nokia cell phone, and charge AA/AAA Ni-Mh rechargeable batteries with an cheap ebay USB AA/AAA battery charger. All work great. And what I like it most is that it has two ports, so you can charge two items at the same time. For less than $4, I cannot be more satisfied.

I've been using them for about a month and the adapters have had no issues with the devices used (in this case, an iPhone 3GS and a Motorola Droid) and appears to be a great value!
Then only improvement would be to have the plug rotate to work with more power receptacles, but definitely not a deal-breaker at the price-point!
