this is a great product for the price its construction is great the armband with fit just about anyone and its nice you can access your ipod touch while it is in it. Its really easy to use and it was a great buy

First of all...not easy to slide your iPod Touch in and out of. If you want to use this armband, hopefully you just want to leave it in there full-time. If you have a case or sleeve of any-kind for your iPod you'll have to take it off, then the screen sticks to the clear plastic of the armband so it doesn't just slide in. Obviously when you go to take it out it also sticks. I tried using this for about a week and decided just hanging onto the iPod is much easier.

the ipod touch and iphone is too big to work out or run with. Get a little clip on Sansa or ipod shuffle for that.
