 Poor iPod Case February 26, 2010

The description said, "Includes protective film for the iPod display". Mine did not include this. In addition, the case was supposed to be clear but it was actually somewhat cloudy once it was on. Finally, I know the description did say it was soft rubber but it also said it was "rugged". I did not find this to be the case. It was too soft and mine actually ripped at one point. I have since replaced it with a hard plastic case that works much better. If you carry your iPod in your hand while exercising, I can see where this rubber case might be more useful (to avoid having the iPod slip out of your hand) but this feature wasn't of any value to me.

The case I received has a silicon area over the click wheel. That surprised me. What also surprised me is that you can still operate the click wheel thru the silicon. I thought that was great but now little holes are showing in the silicon over the click wheel from wear & tear after 2 weeks. Thats a not so good surprise.

My daughter is a major dropper.
the reviews of the toughness of this cover did it all for me. Her precious green color is subdued but she can still see that it is green and I don't panic every time that she picks it up with a fistful of other paraphernalia. Definitely what I was looking for and what she needed.
